Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of beauty and self-care products, most of our items are non-returnable once opened or used. However, unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personal care items (e.g., razors, hair brushes, etc.)

  • Products marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
